Pacific Rubber Processing oil (Paraffinic) E-245
INTRODUCTION
Process Oil – 245 is light coloured medium bodied PARAFFINIC type of Rubber Processing Oil. It has a very good colour stability. Besides this, it has high flash point and high thermal stability but it has low solvency. This is processed from highly refined solvent extract base stocks of low sulphur content.
APPLICATION:
PROCESS OIL – 245” is recommended for :
1. Processing of light coloured Rubber goods such as white walled tyres, tubes, shoe soles, toys and sporting goods.
2. In manufacture of even dark coloured goods such as battery cases, Rubber bushes and belts etc. It gives good solvency in processing of SBR, Isoprene butyl Rubber EPM & EPDM Rubber.
3. High quality coloured toys and sporting goods by incorporating colours.
