Pacific Rubber Processing oil (Paraffinic) E-541
INTRODUCTION
Process Oil – 541 is light coloured bodied NAPHTHENIC type of Rubber Processing Oil with good colour and thermal stability. It is non-staining in nature. Besides this, it’s low pour point, high Viscosity and high flash point makes it more efficient than any other Naphthenic oil.
APPLICATION:
PROCESS OIL – 541 is specially recommended:
1. As a general purpose rubber processing oils both for natural as well as synthetic rubber
2. In manufacture of strips of foot wears, tubes and other moulded rubber goods or high value products where elasticity is required
3. In manufacture of mats, automobile tyres and tubes

Reduces processing time and power consumption due to accelerated dispersion of ingredients.
Minimizes cost of finish products
Improves the physical properties of the finish products
It’s low pour point makes it equally efficient even at lower temperature
It’s high flash point prevents from any fire accidents, and no evaporation loss even at high temperature.
