Pacific Spark Erosion Oil (EDM Oil)
INTRODUCTION
Spark Erosion oil is one of the most modern methods used for manufacturing of complex recessed parts such as molds or dies, spark are generated between an Electrode and the job, which is submerged in an insulating medium. This oil should have proper di-electric value and also not to create a fire hazard. Spark Erosion Oil is highly refined mineral oil of narrow boiling range manufactured to meet the di-electric strength requirement of the end use.
APPLICATION:
It is used as an insulating medium to ensure the eroded material is completely removed from the job by controlling the rate of cooling correctly.

Non-corrosive and prolong the life of the electrode.
Have low surface tension and density
Safe to use as this has high flash point.
Requires least make up during use.
